I am an Integrative Energy Healer, which means I practice different energy healing modalities and combine them to offer my clients the highest levels of healing.
I am also a Certified Spiritual Life Coach who uses my knowledge to help clients create permanent changes in their lives and embody the truth of who they are, a spiritual being having a human experience.
I am very passionate about the work I do. It’s personal because I’ve used this knowledge to transform my life. It’s completely altered my relationship with myself and others.
I studied energy healing under Chantal Guillou-Brennan, a talented teacher and practitioner. Under her tutelage, I learned everything is energy and how to influence this energy for the highest good.
I became a Certified Spiritual Life Coach in the #1 school in North America, Holistic Learning Centers INC. I studied under Master Coach Hu, a talented teacher and Coach. Under his tutelage, I learned how to transform my inner world which in turn directly transformed my outer world.
As a person, I find that I am constantly growing and transforming as I learn. I think it’s beautiful that as humans we can continually deepen into who we are and shed all that no longer serves.
I firmly believe that we are all teachers and students in life. Anyone has the capacity to teach us profound lessons, so I am as excited to learn from you, as you are to learn from me.
My Story
How I Got Started
I have trauma from my past, as most of us do. This trauma followed me into adulthood and affected all of my decisions in life.
When I became aware of this, I started taking the necessary steps to heal my wounds. The process that unfolded changed my life completely in numerous ways.
My journey made me realize I wanted to dedicate my time to helping others heal themselves because I witnessed first-hand the extraordinary effects it had on my life.
I learned how I am one with the Divine and have the power to create my reality. This ability is not unique to me but accessible to all. We all have this profound ability because it is our birthright.
It is my dream to spread this message across the globe so that all people may step out of their stories and into their power.

Zen Drawings
Zen drawings are my way of calling to my being specific energies from the Universe. It’s a way of manifesting what you would like to receive. You can begin by setting an intention.
What are you trying to attract into your life? You can play music that speaks to you and put a pen or pencil to paper. Let the music guide you as you begin to draw, without knowing what form it’s going to take.
You can do this for any length of time. The images shown above are my personal drawings to manifest my dreams, raise my vibration, and manifest abundance.
