Can Energy Healing cause harm?
Energy healing works with the highest vibrational energy, that of unconditional love, so it cannot cause harm. If someone attempted to use energy healing for nefarious purposes, they would be unable to channel it and could cause themselves harm.
Does Reiki have to involve physical touch?
Reiki doesn’t have to involve physical touch if that is your preference. You can receive Reiki through beaming. Beaming Reiki involves my hands hovering over a chakra instead of physically placing my hands on the chakra.
How long does it take for these services to enact change?
Every person is unique and the amount of time it takes to facilitate healing and create lasting change depends on the individual and where they are on their journey. The more open and honest a person is with themselves the more momentum there will be on their path.
How many Chakras are in the human body?
There are hundreds of chakras in the human body. Reiki works with the primary seven: the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Usui Reiki also works with the chakras at your joints, including the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. I will also work with the chakras at your eyes, ears, behind the head, jaw, and ovaries.
What is an energy body?
Everything in the Universe including the human body is made of energy. Our energy bodies are also known as auras. The aura is compromised of seven layers that correspond to each chakra. The aura can expand or contract depending on a variety of factors.
What is non-ordinary reality?
Non-ordinary reality is an altered state of consciousness that Shamans use to travel outside of normal perception. It is also known as the spirit realm. It is in this realm that the healer is able to perceive what is needed for healing to occur.
