Due to the constant changes and innovations in technology, we cannot offer warranties on the quality and functionality of our websites or their servers of any kind for those external applications. When using video conferencing tools, please view their terms and conditions and privacy policy as theirs is independent from ours.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You agree not to bring any claims against us as a plaintiff or member in any class action lawsuit. You agree that you may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity and that all efforts will be made to resolve any issues in arbitration.
Confidentiality
By participating in any services by Learning to Live Fully LLC, you agree not to distribute or create materials without the express written permission of Learning to Live Fully LLC. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property is prohibited.
Payment for Services
Payments for services must be provided 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session. For sessions booked in a shorter window, payment is due at the time of booking.
